Hi, I’m Sandeep Dictiya, and I’m thrilled to be your guide on this journey to achieving your fitness goals without the need for a gym. experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping busy professionals like you lose weight, gain confidence, and live healthier lives all from the comfort of your home or office.

Fitness has always been my passion. I’ve acquired certifications from leading fitness institutions, ensuring that my training methods are grounded in the latest science and best practices. 

Our Story

A Decade of Expertise and Innovation

This is a story Of 17 year old kid 41 kg in weight Low in confidence. when I was in class 12 standard working out in Bull’s gym in 2011 When there for 8 days And sister and Dadi maa said that “High ruk jayege” & “nabhi khisak jayege” those kind of words they have used And complain to my father too so they said don’t go to gym then I have joined Taekwondo classes in GIC ground pithoragarh went there for 15 days Due to tuition I left again Then never focused on health for one year Once I completed my 12th I went for B.tech In Greater Noida And my uncle used to live in Delhi And he used to work out in gym And home too He had a good body. Back in 2011-12 I impressed with his physique And he also encouraged me to start weight training I was in my hostel 2012 13 I have started working out in local gym there in Greater Noida Started from 42 kg weight And reached 52 kg in just 8 to 9 months After second year I left my hostel and planned to live outside with friends Because I was Loving to do the workout We had a cook there and food was good as compared to hostel and gained a decent muscle reached 61 kgs near about Finally education has been completed and I went from Noida to Greater Noida For work .Started working out with Call centre Because unable to get the job in my field Work there for six months then I started working with MNC company by the reference by my uncle And that time I work out was consistent in noda sector 66 One day I fell down from stairs Back injured badly Completely bed rest for one month Work out gym stopped Then I have consulted with one doctor He said to go with the MRI So once report comes It’s like disc bulge L4 L5 and S1 Training has been completely stopped for 2.5 years from 2016 to 2018 And lost all the gains that I have achieved then consulted with a physio he said start Working out with basic moments Started again That time weight was like 47 kg again Started working out in the gym and slowly and gradually increasing the strength and muscle mass again That time I was working out with a MNC company and doing side hustle too After a few months I thought to left my job because I was making six figure from my business That was the toughest decision for me Finally left the job from Company and left Delhi (High polluted City) And went back to the home and focusing on my mind and body Also managing my father’s business Sometimes started training in local gym here and helped So many people to transform their physique and got more interested in it After few years I thought to help more people and started my brand Trueburn Fitness help 100 plus people online To achieve their Fitness goal and sustain for Lifetime I have done my certification in food nutrition and dietetics from an UK accredited organisation That is Optimum Wellness It’s about my journey and I also want to help 10 000 plus busy working professionals Who do not have time to go to the gym That’s my primary goal And I am working on this Mission.
