We are confident in the effectiveness of our programs and offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Duration of the Plan: The refund policy applies to both our 6-month and 1-year fitness plans not on other plans.
Adherence to the Plan: You must follow the prescribed fitness plan 90% for a continuous period of 90 days. This includes:
Completing all workouts as specified in the plan.
Following the dietary guidelines and nutrition advice provided.
Submitting weekly progress reports, including photos, measurements, and any other required documentation.
Lack of Results: If you have adhered to the plan for 90 days and have not achieved noticeable results, you are eligible to request a refund.
Refund Process
Request Submission: To initiate a refund request, you must submit the following:
A detailed explanation of your experience, including why you believe the plan did not work for you.
All required documentation proving your adherence to the plan (e.g., workout logs, dietary logs, progress reports).
Your request must be submitted within 30 days after the completion of the initial 90-day period.
Review Process: Upon receiving your request, our team will review your submission to verify your adherence to the plan. This process may take up to 14 business days.
Refund Decision: If your request is approved, you will receive a refund of the plan cost minus a ₹500 processing fee. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Important Notes
The refund policy is designed to ensure that our clients commit fully to their fitness journey. Partial adherence or deviations from the plan will disqualify you from receiving a refund.
This policy is intended to motivate you to stay consistent and dedicated to the program, as consistency is key to achieving results.
Refunds will not be issued for any reasons other than those explicitly mentioned in this policy.
